Youth Fitness Program - Boys and Girls Ages 8-12

The Town of New-Wes-Valley has received funding from the Community Healthy Living Fund to host Youth Fitness Programs. This is a FREE 16 week program.This program will be available for 3 separate age groups. There is a limit of 20 participants per group.

Boys and Girls: Ages 8-12 – Tuesday 5-6:30
Girls: Ages 13-18 – Monday 3:30-5
Boys: Ages 13-18 – Monday 5:15 -6:45

These program will be run by Nancy Cuff. Nancy is a certified personal Training Specialist through CanFitPro and has been coaching since 2016. Nancy designs structured fitness programs and is currently working on a course to specialize in using physical fitness as an option for stress management. She is also an active volunteer coaching cross country training. Nancy is a runner herself who has completed several half marathons.
